May 10th was an absolute treat. I was in complete awe to see nature’s most beautiful light show on display over New Hampshire while I was visiting that evening for a concert. The night turned into an all nighter to experience this, and the video doesn’t or pictures do not do it justice.
Throughout the whole night, we traveled up the coast to admire the sky next to many other onlookers who were lucky enough to get out and witness this. Personally, the last mini-timelapse is most astonishing – looking up to see all those spires, then having them wane back into the north. Hopefully this solar maximum will bring more fun. It’s well worth traveling for.
